The entire painting is gorgeous. The background detail is incredible, and it is easy to tell that you put much work into it. The dark colors of the night sky work well with the ecstatic ones if Fluttershy. The blue flowers on her pink her are very attractive colors to put together, and it makes the character all the more desirable. I also need to mention how well your work and patience paid off for the background. The forest and mountains are a great example of composition, as it makes the viewer follow the river and delve into the trees. It makes the viewer ask questions as well. "How did she get there?""What is in the forest?" This adds mystery t the surreal forest and makes the picture much more enjoyable. I highly recommend doing this technique more in the future. Finally, the mist from the clouds really help the stars and moon stand out, and the sight exceptionally stunning compared to boring night sky with a bunch dots for stars and a large white circle for a moon.
Now, the cons.
From scanning this picture I found few errors, but the biggest one has to do with the lighting. When I look at Fluttershy, the lighting seems to come from above Fluttershy. I am not a star shader myself, but as far as I can tell the moon is ahead of Fluttershy. Although most of her shading appears to be correct (tail, legs) the top of her head and wings are bright, and it looks as if a spotlight is shining above her. Although the effect makes her standout and looks very good, it is an inappropriate use for it. All I can tell you is that in the future make sure to consider the light source position. The moons lighting in the distance (on the vegetation) is settle and appears correct to me, so do not worry about that area.
